What merchandise is at the show?
Hardware, software, desktops, laptops, computer parts & components,
accessories, ink, paper, flatscreen monitors, printers and scanners are
an example of the range of merchandise. We also have high
performance products for gaming systems including video cards,
mother boards & processors. Everything is for PCs
(sorry no Mac). Exhibitors bring their own products, so we don't quote
prices or give details on exactly what specific products you will
find. However, the selection is vast and our customers usually
find what they are looking for.
Will there be name brand (Compaq, Dell, Gateway) computer equipment
at the show?
There are name brand printers, monitors, scanners, & laptops.
Typically, the full systems are built to order to meet your needs
and are not Compaq, Dell, etc.
Are there laptops?
Yes there are usually dealers selling laptops at each show;
we don't guarantee that there will be exactly what you are looking
for at each show. You may call the office prior to the show
to determine if there will be specific exhibitors present for the

Will there be Mac products sold at the show?
Most of the hardware items found are for PCs, but
occasionally we do have Mac dealers at the show. We recommend you
call us prior to the show at (201) 825-2229 Mon-Fri between 9:30am-5:30pm
to verify if one will be exhibiting.
How many vendors are at the shows?
MarketPro has between 100-300 tables of merchandise at our shows.
Is it really 80% off?
We have found that customers save between 20% - 80% on computer
merchandise. MarketPro does not sell the merchandise; therefore,
the individual companies who are selling at our shows dictate the
discount levels. With so many exhibitors under one roof, the customers
benefit by price competition among the exhibitors. We recommend
that you come prepared with pricing from other outlets and negotiate
at the show for the best price.
Can you give me a layout of the room?
This information is not made public; however, if you are looking
for a specific exhibitor, we can let you know if they will be attending.
When you arrive at the show you can ask a staff member where this exhibitor
is located.
Can I have a list of the exhibitors?
We can let you know if a specific exhibitor is registered for a
show; however, we do not distribute our exhibitor lists.
How do I find out if an exhibitor is at the show?
Either call the office (201) 825-2229 ext. 0 the week of the show
or ask the staff at the show.
What credit cards do the exhibitors accept?
Exhibitors have individual policies regarding the credit cards they
accept. Please ask the exhibitor prior to making a purchase.
What types of warranties are available for products I purchase
at the show?
Our shows feature different computer wholesalers, retailers and
distributors selling primarily PC computer hardware,
software, accessories and services. Each exhibitor has its own set
of policies and warranties; therefore, we are unable to give specific
information on each company. We suggest you come prepared with competitive
pricing and warranty information from other outlets to get the best
price, service and warranty possible. Be sure to discuss warranties
and return policies with each exhibitor prior to making a purchase,
and be sure to get written documentation of these policies along
with a receipt for your purchases.
What are the exhibitor return policies for products sold at the
show?
Return policies will vary from one exhibitor to another and in many
cases, from one product to another. Always ask the exhibitors for
their return policy and get it in writing.
How do I register a complaint about an exhibitor?
For the most part, transactions take place without any problems.
On those rare occasions where you have an issue with a product purchased
at a show, your first step is to contact the exhibitor directly
to resolve your concern. If you are not satisfied with the service
you receive, please contact MarketPro to file a formal complaint
at customerservice@marketpro.com
Our Exhibitor
Resolution Form may be filled out and faxed along with a
copy of your receipt to (201) 825-2346. Upon return of this form
we will forward your written complaint and documentation to the
exhibitor. We request their prompt response to be directly to you.
MarketPro makes no guarantee of refund or exchange but will do everything
within our limits to provide customer satisfaction. All complaints
will be permanently logged into our exhibitor records so that we
can continuously monitor that our exhibitors remain reputable.
